PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Continuous support and guidance, whether during the day or night, by trained attendants who offer daily coaching for the accomplishment of ADLs.

MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISION

Routine supervisory visits, coaching sessions for both consumers and staff, regular reporting, and aid in managing conflicts and issues that may arise.

BASIC ADL CARE

Guidance managing behaviors, demonstrating appropriate conduct, monitoring difficult behaviors, and offering incentives for consistently exhibiting positive behavior.

SOCIALIZATION

Support in social settings to foster lasting relationships and facilitate communication within the circle of support members.

HEALTH MANAGEMENT

Help finding medical professionals, using insurance, adhering to medical recommendations, and more.
